Company Audience
This section explains how you can leverage the company audience feature to build target account lists based on technographics and hiring activity/intent.
Note: Only users with 'Admin' role on Reo.Dev can create and view audiences.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to building a company audience
Creating Company Audience
Step 1: Navigate to the ‘Audiences’ section in the left navigation panel

Step 2: On the companies tab, click on ‘Create Audience’

Step 3: Start by adding the ‘Technographics’ filters:
a. Technology - Search for a specific technology or choose from the list of tech category from the drop-down menu

b. Company Industry - Add specific industries to target

c. Company HQ Location - Specify the country or city where the company is headquartered

d. Company Employees - Add an employee size range

e. Company Revenue -Set a revenue range

Step 4: Next, add hiring intent filters to find companies that are actively hiring for specific engineering roles/building engineering teams.
a. Hiring in - Add a timeframe for the hiring activity

b. Hiring for
Seniority - Select the seniority level of the role

Job title - Add a specific designation or job function

Step 5: Click on ‘Preview’ to view accounts matching your defined criterias.

Note: This is a limited preview showing 25 companies. To access the full audience click on ‘Continue to Save’

Step 6: Define the Audience Name

Step 7: In this step, decide how you want to add companies to your audience. You’ll see two options here:
Add all companies now; Auto-add all new ones weekly (This is the default option)
This adds all companies that currently match your defined audience criteria.
Every week, the system will automatically add any new companies that meet the same criteria.

To control how many companies you want to add now or auto-add later, click on ‘Modify the no. of companies to add’. You can edit both values under “Add x companies now” and “Auto-add upto X companies weekly.”

The maximum number of companies you can add is limited to the total number of companies that currently meet your audience criteria.
If you make changes and want to revert, click ‘Reset to Default’ This resets your selection to the default option: Add all companies now; Auto-add all new ones weekly
b. Add companies now; Do not auto-add later
Choose this if you only want to add companies that currently match your criteria — without auto-adding new companies. Click Modify to adjust the number of companies to add now.

Note: The credit summary shows you the number of credits that will be consumed for this audience. For each company - 3 credits are consumed.
Step 8: Once you’ve set this - click on Save.

Note: It can take upto 24 hours to populate the audience.
Managing Company Audience
Once your company audience is created, you can manage it from the Company tab:
Audience name
Total count - Total number of companies in an audience
Status
In-progress - This indicates audience is still being created.
Complete - This indicates audience is completed. You can view the companies for these audiences.
Complete (restricted) - This indicates that the company audience is complete but some companies are hidden due to low credits. You can use the actions menu to view them.
Auto-refresh weekly - The Auto-refresh weekly toggle is turned on automatically for audiences saved with the "Add all companies now; Auto-add all new ones weekly” option.
You can turn this toggle ON for any audience to enable weekly auto-additions of new companies matching your criteria.
You can edit the number of companies to auto-add each week (e.g., cap at 100 or add all new matches). Note: Disabling the toggle stops future weekly additions without affecting companies already in the audience.
Last refreshed at - Shows the last date when new companies were added
