# Step 1: Find active accounts to target

We help you track developer activities across multiple platforms, map these activities to accounts and provide you with in-depth insights into those developer accounts. This helps you identify and prioritize accounts and make a more informed decision on what action to take.

This guide will help you understand the depth of the account information you get with Reo dev.

**Step 1:** Click on an **account name**

The Company Overview gives you a complete snapshot of the account — including the firmographic details, where they are in their buying or evaluation journey (via Dev Funnel stage), and your ICP technologies they’re actively hiring for.

This section provides a comprehensive view of developer activity for the account. It includes the developer activity score, the number of active developers, location where developers are active from, and a snapshot of overall activity volume across multiple sources.

This section gives you a chronological view of all developer activities. You can use the filter option to view specific activities.

**Step 4:** Click on the **Technographics** tab

Here you can track hiring trends for your preferred technology functions and explore all job postings associated with your ICP technologies.

**Step 5:** Click on the **Active Developers** tab

Here, you can view all de-anonymized developers and get access to contact information such as their business email IDs and LinkedIn Profiles. You can also add developers directly to email sequences from here.

**Step 6:** Click on **More Prospects**

Here you can discover and multi-thread new buyers and developers within your **active accounts** who haven’t engaged with your tracked assets.

You will see a list of Reo-recommended prospects. Refine it using filters like location, seniority, designation, and job function, or select/create a persona. Once you identify relevant buyers, reveal them to access contact details and take action. You can view all these buyers in the revealed tab.
