Billing & Credits

If you’re an Admin on Reo.Dev, you can manage your account billing directly from the platform. This includes:

  • Upgrading account and contact limits

  • Purchasing additional credits

  • Adding or removing team seats

Access Billing & Credits

  1. Go to Settings in Reo.Dev

  2. Click on Billing & Credits

From here, you can view and manage the following:

  • Plan Overview: Get a complete breakdown of what’s included in your current plan including - Account & Contact Limits, Number of Seats, Credits, Add-ons

  • Billing Information: View billing details and past transactions

  • Limits Usage: Track current account and contact usage. Manage Account/Contact Limits to add/remove additional account/contacts.

  • Seats Usage: View the number of seats used. Manage seats to add/remove additional seats

  • Credits Usage: View credits consumed across different features. Purchase additional credits

  • Historical Usage - Track month-by-month usage of accounts, contacts, and credits. You can also download the usage history.

Manage Account and Contact Limits

Admins can manage account limits by increasing or decreasing (additionally purchased account/contact limits) the number of accounts and contacts tracked in Reo.

Manage Accounts:

  1. Under Limits Usage, click on Manage Accounts

  1. If you’ve previously purchased additional accounts beyond your plan limit, they will appear under Existing Additional Account Limits

Add account Limits:

  1. To add more accounts - click on ‘Add more accounts’ under modify limits and enter the number of additional accounts. (Note: you can add accounts only in multiple of 1000)

  1. Then, click on Next - You’ll see an order summary and price summary that includes previously purchased account limits and the newly added account limits.

  1. Click on ‘Pay’ to complete the purchase.

Note: Added limits take effect immediately and are charged on a prorated basis.

Remove account Limits:

  1. To remove accounts - click on the ‘Remove account’s option and enter the number of accounts to remove. Note: You can remove only the unused account limits.

  1. Then, click on Next - You’ll see an order summary and price breakdown based on the accounts removed - and the final price effective from next month. Note: Adjusted subscription for removed limits apply from the next monthly billing cycle.

  1. Click on ‘Confirm’ to reduce the contact limits

Manage Contacts:

  1. Under Limits Usage, click on Manage Contacts

  1. Previously purchased contact limits will appear under Existing Additional Contact Limits

Add Contact Limits:

  1. Click on ‘Add more contacts’ under modify limits and enter the number of contacts you’d like to add. (Note: you can add contacts only in multiple of 1000)

  1. Then, click on Next - You’ll see an order summary and price breakdown based on the previously purchased contact limits and the newly added contact limits.

Note: Added limits take effect immediately and are charged on a prorated basis

  1. Click on ‘Pay’ to complete the purchase and add contact limits.

Remove Contact Limits

  1. To reduce contact limits, click on the ‘Remove contacts’ option and enter the number of contacts you’d like to remove. Note: You can only remove unused contact limits.

  1. Then, click on next - You’ll see an order summary and price breakdown based on the previously purchased contact limits and the removed contact limits, and the final price effective from next month. Note: Adjusted subscription for removed limits apply from the next monthly billing cycle.

  1. Click on confirm to remove the contact limits effective next month.

Quick Note on how the billing works for accounts and contacts:

If you previously purchased 5,000 contact limits and now add 5,000 more:

  • The additional 5,000 contacts will be charged immediately on a prorated basis for the current billing cycle.

  • From the next billing cycle, you will be charged for 10,000 total contact limits/month.

  • Now from the previously purchased contact limit (5000 contacts) - if you have 2000 unused contact limits and you can only remove those 2000 contact limits - from the next billing cycle - you will be charged for 3000 total contact limits/months. </aside>

Note: Additionally purchased accounts/contacts limits are billed on a monthly basis. In case the payment fails, Reo will notify you via email. You will have a 6-day grace period to complete the payment and restore billing. If the payment is not completed within 6 days New accounts and contacts will not be tracked/enriched in Reo.

Manage Seats

  1. Under Seats Usage, click on Manage Seats to buy/remove seats

  1. You can view the cost per seat per month

  2. If you’ve purchased additional seats previously, on top of your plan limit, you can see it under ‘Existing additional seats’

Add Seats

  1. Enter the number of additional seats you want to purchase

  1. Then, click on Next - You’ll see an order summary and price breakdown based on the previously purchased and newly added seats.

Note: New added seats take effect immediately and the amount due at the time of purchase is charged on prorated basis.

  1. Click on Pay to complete the purchase

Remove Seats

Quick Note:

  • You can only remove additional seats purchased beyond your base plan

  • Only unassigned additional seats can be removed. Seats already assigned to users cannot be removed

  1. To remove seats - enter the number of unassigned seats you want to remove

  1. Then, click on Next - You’ll see an order summary and price breakdown based on the previously purchased seats and removed seats and the final effective price after removing seats (effective from next month).

  1. Then, Click on Confirm to remove the unused seats.

Note: Billing for removed seats will be adjusted from the next month billing cycle.

Example:

If you purchased 10 additional seats and 5 of them are unused, removing those 5 seats means you will be billed for only 5 seats starting from the next billing cycle (next month).

Additionally purchased seats are billed on a monthly basis. In case the payment fails, Reo will notify you via email. You will have a 6-day grace period to complete the payment and restore billing. In case the payment is not completed - Seat access will be revoked for newly assigned users.

Few Things to NOTE :

  1. For subscription-based features, including Account Limits, Contact Limits, and Seats - If the payment for the most recently raised invoice is still pending, the system will not allow you to generate or raise a new invoice. To create the next invoice, you must either cancel the current invoice or complete the outstanding payment for the existing invoice first

  1. Discounts might be available when purchasing bulk Seats, Account Limits, or Contact Limits The eligibility thresholds are:

    1. Seats: 20+

    2. Accounts & Contacts: 10,000+

    3. Credits - 50k+

Buy Credits

Credits are consumed for the following features - Audiences, Enrichment and Prospects.

  1. Under Credits Usage, click on Buy Credits to purchase additional credits

  1. Enter the number of additional credits you’d like to purchase. (Only multiples of 500 allowed)

  1. Click on Pay to complete your purchase

Note:

  • Credits are a one-time purchase

  • Credits cannot be reduced or refunded once purchased
