This guide explains how to manage CRM permissions and determine who can send data in the CRM.
Step 1: Start by clicking on Users under settings in the left navigation panel.
Step 2: CRM Access – Here, you can filter users based on whether their CRM access is currently enabled or disabled.
Step 3: To change permissions, simply toggle the switch.
Alternatively, navigate to the Integrations tab and click on 'Settings icon on the the CRM card
At the end of the page, you'll find an option to change the CRM permissions.
