This guide explains how to manage CRM permissions and determine who can send data in the CRM.
Step 1: Start by clicking on User Management in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Under the CRM column, view the teammates who have permissions to send data in the CRM.
Step 3: To change permissions, simply toggle the switch.
Alternatively, navigate to Integrations.
Click on the Settings icon on the the CRM card.
At the end of the page, you'll find an option to change the CRM permissions.
