# Manage CRM Permissions

This guide explains how to manage CRM permissions and determine who can send data in the CRM.

**Step 1:** Start by clicking on **Users** under settings in the left navigation panel.&#x20;

**Step 2**: **CRM Access** – Here, you can filter users based on whether their CRM access is currently enabled or disabled.

**Step 3:** To change permissions, simply toggle the switch.

Alternatively, navigate to the **Integrations tab** and click on '**Settings** icon on the the **CRM card**

At the end of the page, you'll find an option to change the CRM permissions.
