Reo.Dev’s Salesloft integration allows GTM teams to automate and personalize their outreach to developers and buyers—directly within Reo.Dev

What This Integration Enables

  1. Add buyers or developers directly from the Accounts → Prospects tab to a Salesloft cadence

  2. Use the Buyer Panel to cherry-pick profiles and add them to cadences

  3. Run automated campaigns for buyer and developer segments by syncing them to cadences in Salesloft

Prerequisites

Platform

Requirement

Reo.Dev

Must be an Admin in Reo.Dev

Salesloft

Must be logged in with a Salesloft Admin account

Few important things to note here:

  • Only Verified Business Emails Are Enrolled Reo.Dev only adds users with verified business emails to Salesloft cadences. Profiles without valid business emails are skipped.

  • Archived cadences won’t show up or trigger any actions in Reo.Dev. To use them again, just unarchive/activate the cadence.

  • Sync Delay Notice

After being pushed from Reo. Dev, profiles may take up to 10–15 minutes to appear in the selected Salesloft cadence.

Integration Setup: Connecting Reo.Dev to Salesloft

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

  1. Log into your Reo.Dev Admin account

  2. Go to Settings → Integrations

Step 2: Configure Third-Party Tools

  1. Under 3rd Party Tools, click Configure.

  1. Locate the Salesloft card and click Connect.

Note: You must be logged into a Salesloft Admin account to complete this step

Step 3: Authorize Salesloft Access

Sign into your Salesloft account when prompted.

Once authenticated, you'll see a confirmation that Salesloft is successfully connected.

Click "Click to config" to configure cadence settings.

Assigning Cadences by Persona

Reo.Dev will fetch all Personal and Team Cadences from your connected Salesloft account.

Assign each cadence to:

  • Buyer Profile (Decision-makers in ICP accounts)

  • Developer Profile (Technical users engaging with your product)

  • Or Both

Recommendation: Keep cadences for developers and buyers separate to optimize personalization.

Click Save to confirm.

Editing Cadence Settings Anytime

To adjust cadence settings:

  • Go to Settings → Integrations → Salesloft card → Gear icon (⚙️)

  • Update the cadence → persona assignments

Use Cases:

Use Case 1: Add Prospects to a Salesloft Cadence from the Accounts Panel

  1. Navigate to Accounts → Select an account

  2. Click on the Prospects tab

  3. Select one or more profiles

  4. Click Add to Salesloft Cadence

In the popup modal:

  • Select the cadence from the dropdown

  • Click Send to Cadence

Use Case 2: Add Profiles from the Buyers Panel

  1. Go to Buyers from the sidebar

  2. Select profiles of interest

  3. Click Actions → Add to Salesloft Cadence

In the popup modal:

  • Choose the appropriate cadence

  • Confirm addition

Pro Tip: Reo.Dev shows a Salesloft icon next to profiles already enrolled in a cadence. Hover to see who added them, when, and to which cadence—preventing redundant outreach.

Use Case 3: Run Automated Campaigns to Salesloft Cadences

  1. Navigate to Tools → Campaigns in the sidebar.

  2. Click Create (top-right)

In the popup modal:

  • Campaign Name: e.g., “Retargeting High-Intent Developers”

  • Segment Type: Developer or Buyer

  • Segment Name: Select from dropdown

  • Channel: Salesloft

  • Cadence: Select the Salesloft cadence

  • (Optional): Check “Do not add prospects already part of an existing campaign”

Click Create to launch.

Only profiles with verified business emails will be synced to cadences.

How Reo.Dev Automates Cadence Syncing

  • Campaigns auto-sync every 24 hours

  • New profiles meeting segment criteria are automatically added to the corresponding cadence

  • No manual effort needed after setup

Using Multiple Email Inboxes for Salesloft Cadences Connected to Reo.Dev

Unlike other sales engagement platforms like Apollo.io or Outreach.io, each Salesloft cadence is tied to a single email inbox, and Reo.Dev connects through only one Salesloft admin account per instance.

To enable flexibility in choosing different sender inboxes for cadences connected to Reo.Dev, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Create a Group in Salesloft

  1. Log into Salesloft (the connected Admin account with Reo.Dev)

  2. Go to Settings → Groups

  3. Click Create Group

  1. Name it clearly (e.g., Reo.Dev Outbound)

  2. Add users manually or via CSV.

Step 2: Add Users to the Group

Assign your Salesloft users to this group so they can get access to the cadences you create and use their own inboxes.

Step 3: Create a Team Cadence

When creating a cadence:

  1. Choose Cadence Type → Team Cadence

  2. Under Sharing, select the group (e.g., Reo.Dev Outbound)

Best Practice: Add “[Reo.Dev]” in your Salesloft cadence names to easily distinguish them from others.

This setup ensures your team can send emails from different inboxes—while still keeping the integration clean and centralized through one Salesloft admin connection with Reo.Dev.
