Configure Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
This guide explains how to configure your ICP’s score and tech-stack criterias to identify the accounts that match your ICP automatically.
Step 1: Click on 'Configurations' under settings in the left navigation panel. Next, click on configure under the 'Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)' card.

Configure ICP fit score
Configuring your ICP fit score by specificying the following Firmographics attributes:
Location (Region/Country of the organisation)
Employees (Employee range)
Each attribute has two preferences. Preference one represents the stronger criteria, closely aligned with the ideal profile, while Preference two serves as a secondary level, offering more flexibility in account matching.
Step 1: Choose the desired location preferences from the drop-down menu

Step 2: Choose the employee range attribute from the drop-down menu

Configure ICP technographics
Choose specific technologies that best define your ICP. You can select tech categories from the drop-down or even search for specific technologies.

Once you’ve set this up, click on save.

Note:
In the Technology Stack section of the Accounts Overview page, Reo displays the ICP technologies identified for the account, along with the most recent job postings for those technologies.
This information is pulled based on the ICP technologies configured in the previous step.

Furthermore, under the hiring insights tab in the account section you can also filter jobs based on these ICP fit technologies.

How ICP scores are calculated
Reo.Dev assigns ICP scores to accounts based on the location and employee range. These scores are categorized as Strong, Moderate, or Weak based on how closely a prospect matches the Location and Employee range preferences set in the ‘Configure ICP score’ step.
There are 2 scenarios here:
When both Location and Employee Range is configured
In this case here's how the customer fit score is calculated:
Customer fit = Strong, if:
Both Location (P1) and Employees (P1) match
Location (P1) and Employees (P2) match
Location (P2) and Employees (P1) match
Customer fit = Moderate, if:
Both Location (P2) and Employees (P2) match
Customer fit = Weak, if:
None of the above conditions are met.
Only one of Location and Employee Range is configured
Customer fit = Strong, if:
P1 condition matches
Customer fit = Moderate, if:
P2 condition matches
Customer fit = Weak, if:
Neither P1 or P2 match
We highly recommend setting both preferences (P1 and P2) for Location and Employee range to get the most accurate customer fit score.
Reassessment Timeline
Once the customer fit criteria are updated, Reo.Dev will reassess all accounts and assign new scores within 24 hours. This ensures that the latest criteria are applied consistently across your account database.
If you need to refine your criteria, you can update them anytime, and the reassessment process will automatically take place within the next 24-hour cycle.
