Review Hub
This section gives you a step-by-step guide on how you can leverage Reo.Dev’s Review Hub feature to configure statuses of accounts/developers/buyers so you can track their status and progression from within Reo.Dev itself.
Setting Up Review Hub
Step 1: Under settings in the left navigation panel, click on ‘Configurations’

Step 2: Next, click ‘Configure’ on the Review Hub card

Step 3: By default - Reo.Dev has the following 3 pre-configured/default statuses -
Reviewed
Disqualified
Revisit- You can set any account/developer/buyer on hold for a specific number of days. Let’s say you mark an account as revisit in 14 days. After 14 days the status gets reset automatically.

You can further add or configure custom statuses by clicking on ‘Add more’.

Step 4: Once you add a status, click on Save.

Step 5: Now, similarly, you can also set configure custom statuses for the developer and buyers.

Tracking and Updating Status
On Accounts Dashboard
Step 1: To view or update account statuses - head to the accounts dashboard and on the top right corner - turn the ‘Review Mode’ toggle on.

Step 2: Once you’ve done this - you will be able to see a status column where you can track and update the statuses.

Step 3: Click on the drop-down to change the status.
Here you can see all the default and custom statuses. You can also choose to create a new status (only users with ‘admin’ role can create a status).

You can also select multiple records to bulk update statuses.

Step 4: Furthermore, you can also add in notes to add more context to the status of the account. Here you can also track the history of all status updates and even add in comments. For instance - if an account is at a meeting done stage - you can add in a note like ‘Follow-up after 2 days’ or ‘Send commercials’
Note: Statuses are set at a tenant-level. This implies that a status updated or comment added by one user is visible to all users. So there’s complete transparency on who added a comment/changed a status and when.
You can also view and change the status of individual developers and buyers within accounts. To do that -
a. Click on an account name.
b. Click on the active developers tab
c. Turn the review hub toggle on

d. Under the ‘status’ column you can view and change the status of de-anonymized developers.

Similarly for buyers within an account —> head to the prospects tab —> turn on the review hub toggle to update the status of buyers.

On Developers/Buyers Dashboard
Step 1: To view or update developer/buyers statuses - head to the developers/buyers dashboard and on the top right corner - turn the ‘Review Mode’ toggle on.
Step 2: Once you’ve done this - you will be able to see a status column where you can track and update the statuses.
Step 3: Click on the drop-down to change the status. Here you can see all the default and custom statuses. You can also choose to create a new status.
Step 4: You can also add in notes to add more context to the status of a developer/buyer. Here you can also track the history of all status updates and add in comments.
Few important things to note:
Once you turn on review hub - you can see the number of records against each status. You can also filter records based on status from here.

While the toggle mode is off —> you can use the ‘status’ filter in the filter drop-down to find records based on a specific status.

For records synced to your CRM, you can view their current Reo.Dev status directly within your CRM system under the "Reo Account Summary" field.
