# Review Hub

This section gives you a step-by-step guide on how you can leverage Reo.Dev’s Review Hub feature to configure statuses of accounts/developers/buyers so you can track their status and progression from within Reo.Dev itself.

### **Setting Up Review Hub**

{% hint style="info" %}
Note: Only users with ‘Admin’ role on Reo.Dev can configure statuses for review hub.
{% endhint %}

**Step 1:** Under settings in the left navigation panel, click on ‘Configurations’

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2FgoECCgdbyIwFMonVFXRN%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=93fb710f-2317-4e8c-88e9-626ee53eb3d7" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Step 2:** Next, click ‘Configure’ on the Review Hub card

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2FCyqkScGhJ7YW5Tobitsc%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=88711e82-dd7b-4a26-bd74-4de5943ad5ba" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Step 3:** By default - Reo.Dev has the following 3 pre-configured/default statuses -

* **Reviewed**
* **Disqualified**
* **Revisit**- You can set any account/developer/buyer on hold for a specific number of days. Let’s say you mark an account as revisit in 14 days. After 14 days the status gets reset automatically.

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2FtGExlX3nqCzmjxKZbvUR%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=cc78a381-36c3-4b15-8a6e-9b3aea353722" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Quick Note: Apart from the default statuses, we’ve also added a few additional status suggestions, which you can easily edit or delete based on your needs."&#x20;

You can further add or configure custom statuses by clicking on ‘**Add more’**.

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2FurJu7VXjJzPfhMdOalSZ%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=dc6e562f-70f0-4ec2-aba5-7f6e28fc1fc7" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Step 4:** Once you add a status, click on **Save.**

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2FopCyPcXBNFOalOTaJ9UG%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=26afa6fd-5953-4a3a-91e8-dd6736a08d21" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Step 5:** Now, similarly, you can also set configure custom statuses for the developer and buyers.

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2FjixxSCtv3kQF6o4X0JYn%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=ef2f8ccf-3dc3-4d1b-819b-aad4c157cc86" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Tracking and Updating Status

#### **On Accounts Dashboard**

**Step 1:** To view or update account statuses - head to the accounts dashboard and on the top right corner - turn the ‘Review Mode’ toggle on.

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2FhR2wHqARo4z7SVU4QEg8%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=31dc36c3-7fd5-4e4c-b644-e4caac8cdc17" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Step 2:** Once you’ve done this - you will be able to see a status column where you can track and update the statuses.

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2F30Fm0LzlUNkC4YDMUM3w%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=5b3835ff-2ba4-4069-af03-a94c2bd845cd" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Step 3:** Click on the drop-down to change the status.

Here you can see all the default and custom statuses. You can also choose to create a new status (only users with ‘admin’ role can create a status).

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2Fyi2Zmt6byY2okO63Mji8%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=66045218-f192-42fd-a9d1-e389f85227a0" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
Note: Any account/developer/buyer record marked as reviewed, disqualified, or revisit - will be automatically removed in the review hub view. To specifically view records with "Reviewed," "Disqualified," or "Revisit" statuses while Review Hub is turned on, use the status filter options.
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2F9uEKtF3a0LpaILGYZgYL%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=b19d78e6-6eac-47f6-96cb-5ae643dac41b" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can also select multiple records to bulk update statuses.

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2Fnj8YDWxT7idUHjD62Wnj%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=553d9bb1-9eef-44c4-ae16-ac085d1be57b" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Step 4:** Furthermore, you can also add in notes to add more context to the status of the account. Here you can also track the history of all status updates and even add in comments. For instance - if an account is at a meeting done stage - you can add in a note like ‘Follow-up after 2 days’ or ‘Send commercials’

{% hint style="success" %}
Note: Statuses are set at a tenant-level. This implies that a status updated or comment added by one user is visible to all users. So there’s complete transparency on who added a comment/changed a status and when.
{% endhint %}

You can also view and change the status of individual developers and buyers within accounts. To do that -

a. Click on an account name.

b. Click on the active developers tab

c. Turn the review hub toggle on

<figure><img src="https://2705882080-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fx46P5sAHxDG7PqOdVLxI%2Fuploads%2Ff4tYvWi9PtjWCs5yp4AT%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=1ca8d646-047b-4468-85ff-7dfacaa6d50d" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

d. Under the ‘status’ column you can view and change the status of de-anonymized developers.<br>
