ChatGPT Connector

If you're new to the Reo ChatGPT Connector, this article has everything you need to get up and running!

Prerequisites:

• ChatGPT Desktop App

• Active Reo.Dev Account

• Data-out API & Product API enabled on Reo.Dev

• Log out of Reo.Dev Account

Here’s a step-by-step guide on connecting Reo to ChatGPT:

1. Log out of your Reo.Dev Account

1. Open ChatGPT desktop app > click on your profile in the left navigation menu > select Settings

1. Click on Security & login

1. Scroll down a bit and switch on toggle for Developer mode

1. From the left navigation menu > select Plugins

1. Click on + icon next to Search button

1. Give it a name (example - Reo MCP), enter the following remote URL https://mcp.reo.dev/mcp

1. Then, click on Create

1. Click on Sign In with Reo MCP > you will get redirected to the Reo.Dev web app. You will be required to log in to your Reo account to complete the setup.

1. Login to Reo and share your credentials

1. Once you log in to your Reo account, you will land back in ChatGPT. You will see connection with Reo MCP.

1. To check if you’re connected, navigate to Left Nav Bar > Plugins > Installed > see the Reo MCP connector.

Once you have successfully connected Reo MCP, complete the following 2 steps to get started:

• From a new ChatGPT conversation, type Get me started with Reo MCP

• When you start for the first time, Reo MCP walks you through a short setup flow to personalize the end-to-end journey of how Reo data works for you inside ChatGPT. It will take you less than 2 minutes to finish the setup.
