# Reo.Dev Claude Connector & Plugin

Reo connects with Claude in two ways — a **Connector** and a **Plugin** — that can be used independently or together.

1. **Connecter** - A remote MCP Integration that securely connects your Reo Account to Claude and let’s Claude directly access Reo data and tools within any conversation on Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Cowork, and mobile.
2. **Claude Plugin** - A bundled package of skills and commands tailored for specific GTM workflows in Claude using Reo’s intelligence. It’s your purpose-built toolkit to run winning developer GTM workflows that’s grounded in Reo data.

### **Pre-requisites**

You need an active Reo.Dev account to use either integration.

### **Claude Connector**

The Reo Connector securely links your Reo account to Claude, giving Claude direct access to your Reo data within any conversation — across Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Cowork, and mobile. Once connected, you can access firmographics, technographics, job signals, developer activity data, deanonymized developers, and additional prospects for your accounts. You can also pull existing segments and lists, or build new ones — all from within Claude

**Installation steps:**

1. Navigate to settings > Connectors in Claude
2. Search for Reo.Dev and then click **"+"**
3. Complete the OAuth authorization flow to connect your Reo account
4. Once connected, all of Reo’s tools will be accessible in your Claude conversations instantly.

In case you’re using Claude for desktop, follow the below steps to install the Reo MCP:

### **Claude Plugin**

The Reo Plugin is a purpose-built toolkit that brings Reo's intelligence into Claude Code and Cowork as ready-to-run GTM workflows. Instead of querying raw data, you get named skills and slash commands built around winning developer GTM workflows.

Plugins work with **Claude Code** and/or **Cowork**.

**Installation steps:**

1. Browse to [**claude.com/plugins**](https://claude.com/plugins).
2. Find the Reo plugin and click to install (one-click installation)

Once done, the skills and commands become available immediately via the `/` slash command menu.

Here are the different workflows you can use the Claude Plugin for:

**#1 Build a hot accounts list for daily outreach**

It gives SDRs and AEs a prioritized list of accounts to focus on each day, ranked by context and a recommended action per account. No more manual signal triage every morning.

To use this:

1. Open Claude > Start a new chat
2. Select the Reo.Dev plugin
3. Type /hot-account-list

**#2 Deep Account Research**

Use this to generate a full account intelligence brief for any company based on developer activity data, hiring signals, competitive context, and recent news into a single view. Ideal for pre-meeting prep or territory reviews or when you simply need complete context on an account instantly.

To use this:

1. Open Claude > Start a new chat
2. Select the Reo.Dev plugin
3. Type /account-research

**#3 Call Prep**

Turns your day's calendar into per-meeting prep cards, with an attendee-level brief for each customer-facing call — ready before you enter the meeting. This streamlines meeting prep and ensures you enter every meeting prepared.

To use this:

1. Open Claude > Start a new chat
2. Select the Reo.Dev plugin
3. Type /call-prep

**#4 Engineering Org Chart**

Build a visual org chart for any target account from CTO/VP Eng down to ICs, grouped by sub-team (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, AI/ML, Security, etc.) or location, with developer activity signals overlaid.

To use this:

1. Open Claude > Start a new chat
2. Select the Reo.Dev plugin
3. Type /engineering-org-chart
