Find buyers in enriched accounts

Introduction

Knowing which accounts to prioritize is only half the battle. The other half is getting in front of the right person at that account before the window closes. This playbook walks you through how you can leverage Reo agents to surface accounts within your target segment or list showing specific signals and then find the right buyer contacts, either in bulk across your full list or individually for specific accounts you want to prioritize.

Let's set this up in 4 simple steps.

Step 1: Enrich Account Segment/List using Reo Agents

Before you start, you'll need one of the following already in Reo:

If you don't have either yet, start there - everything below builds on top of it.

Step 1a: If you already have a target account segment in Reo:

  1. Go to the Reo Agents section

  1. Click on Enrich existing accounts in the chatbox. Or, if you're using one of the existing agents, then click on Chat and Build, then select Enrich existing accounts

  1. From the segment dropdown, select your target segment

  1. Type your prompt, describing the exact signal you want the agent to track

Eg - Find companies migrating from legacy SIEM to CrowdStrike

Reo scans every account in the segment that you have selected and surfaces the ones that match.

If you have a target account list, start by uploading it on Reo.Dev. Here’s a complete guide on how to upload a list on Reo.

Then follow the exact same steps described above - just select the list you uploaded from the segment dropdown in step 1.3.

Step 1b) Deploy your agent and Enrich

Once your agent returns results, you'll see an option to Deploy agent and enrich. Click it.

Reo will pre-fill the agent name and tag. Edit both now if you want something more recognizable - you'll be using this tag in the next step to build a segment, so a clear, consistent naming convention helps.

Turn on auto-run weekly. This is the step that actually makes the agent useful long-term. Without it, you've just run a one-time search. With it, any new account that starts matching your signal gets auto-tagged automatically and also refreshes the existing accounts - your segment stays updated.

Once you’ve set this up, click on Deploy Agent and Enrich.

💡 Note: This consumes credits. 1 credit for every account matching the signal criteria is charged.

Step 2: Create an account segment

Once you’ve set up an agent, the next step is to create a segment so you can monitor these accounts easily and any new accounts identified by the agent will get auto-added to this segment. To create a segment:

Go to Segments → click on Create New

  • Segment: Basic

  • Segment Type: Account

  • Segment Filters: Intel → Account Agent Tags (choose the tag you created in Step 2)

Reo will automatically surface every account with the agent tag - and as the agent keeps running weekly, newly matched accounts flow straight into this segment without you lifting a finger.

Step 3: Configure your Buyer Persona

Before pulling buyer contacts, you need to define what your ideal buyer looks like in Reo.Dev.

Buyer Personas help you specify the seniority levels, tech functions, and skills that matter for your ICP. This ensures Reo surfaces the most relevant decision-makers for your product - so you can focus on the right people instead of sorting through irrelevant profiles.

To create a buyer persona in Reo:

  1. Navigate to Configurations > Persona

  1. You can start from one of Reo.Dev's pre-built persona templates (US Technology Buyers, DevOps Buyers, AI/ML Buyers, Cybersecurity Buyers) or create a new one from scratch using filters for location, seniority level, tech function, and tech skills.

Example Buyer Personas:

Once saved, your persona will appear under My Personas and will be available to use in the next steps.

Here’s the complete guide on how to create a buyer persona

Step 4: Get Buyer Contacts

Once your list is uploaded and your persona is ready, you have two ways to find buyer contacts depending on whether you want to work the full list in bulk or go deep on specific accounts.

Option A: Bulk – Create a Buyer Audience

Use this when you want to find buyers across the entire account segment in one go.

  1. In the left navigation panel, go to Audiences → Create New → Buyer Audience

  2. Select the segment you created in Step 2

  3. Select the buyer persona you configured in Step 3 from the dropdown. If needed, you can also apply additional filters here to refine results further

  1. Click on Preview and then Continue to Save. Give your audience a name, and set the maximum number of buyers per company. You can cap this at up to 5-10 profiles per account. This is a useful control if you want to keep outreach focused rather than pulling every possible contact from large enterprise accounts.

  2. You can choose to either fetch both LinkedIn and email IDs of a contact or just the LinkedIn ID.

💡 Note: This consumes credits. 1 credit for only LinkedIn ID. 2 credits for LinkedIn ID and business email both.

  1. Click Save Audience. Reo.Dev will fetch the buyers and your audience will be ready within a couple of minutes to upto 24 hours depending on the audience size.

Once generated, you can view all buyer profiles with their designation, company, location, LinkedIn handle, and email ID. From here you can download a CSV, sync buyers to your CRM, send data via Webhooks or enroll them directly into an email campaign.

Option B: Individual – Get Buyer Contacts for a Specific Account

Use this when you’re prioritizing outreach to a specific account and want to find the right person to reach out to immediately.

  1. Navigate to the Accounts view and switch to Segments using the dropdown at the top. Select the account segment you created in Step 2.

  2. Click on any account you want to prioritize. Inside the account page, go to the More Prospects tab.

  3. Select your buyer persona you created in Step 3 from the dropdown to filter results against your ICP criteria.

  4. Review the profiles surfaced. Select the ones that look relevant and click Reveal to fetch their contact details.

  5. The revealed buyers will appear in revealed tab of that account with their full profile information.

💡Note on Credits: Both the Buyer Audience and the individual Find More Buyers options consume credits.

Revealing a LinkedIn profile costs 1 credit; revealing both LinkedIn and a verified email costs 2 credits.

To understand how credit consumption works in detail, refer to the Reo.Dev Credit-Based Pricing FAQs.

Next Steps

A) For your Bulk Buyer List

Once your buyer audience is ready, there are a few directions you can take it depending on your GTM motion.

The most direct path is enrolling the audience in a bulk email campaign. Reo.Dev connects directly with Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft and Gong so you can push buyers into an existing sequence without downloading anything.

Guides to connect your Email tool with Reo.Dev:

If LinkedIn prospecting is part of your workflow, download the CSV of buyer LinkedIn handles from your audience and add them as first degree connections, either manually or through an automation tool like Phantombuster.

You can also send buyer audience data to any external tool automatically using Reo.Dev's Webhooks integration.

B) For Individual Account Buyers

Use Reo-Copilot to get a summary of the Developer Activity, whether the Account is ready for Sales outreach, understand their Top use case, generate a personalised message to be used for Email / Linkedin outreach, etc.

This context is what separates a generic cold outreach from a message that actually lands.
