Enrich Existing Account Segments/Lists with key signals using Reo Agents

📌 Need help at any point? If you need support implementing this playbook end to end, contact your Account Manager or write to us at support@reo.dev.

Introduction

Reo Agents help you enrich existing account segments or uploaded lists with key GTM signals, so you can quickly identify which accounts match a specific buying or intent signal.

For example, you can run an agent on your target account list to find companies that are:

  • Hiring DevOps leaders

  • Expanding their AI/ML teams

  • Showing signs of competitor migration

  • Hiring for specific technologies or roles

  • Scaling usage of specific technologies

  • Having a certain eng team size and mix

and many more.

Tell an agent what signal to look for, run it on account list or segment, and it tags every matching account.

This playbook walks you through how to enrich an existing account segment or list using Reo Agents and track those accounts in Reo.

Before you start, you'll need one of the following already in Reo:

If you don't have either yet, start there - everything below builds on top of it.

Step 1: Enrich Accounts using Reo Chat Agents

If you already have a target account segment in Reo:

  1. Go to the Reo Agents section

  1. Click on Enrich existing accounts in the chatbox. Or, if you're using one of the existing agents, then click on Chat and Build, then select Enrich existing accounts

  1. From the segment dropdown, select your target segment

  1. Type your prompt, describing the exact signal you want the agent to track

Eg - Find companies migrating from AWS to GCP

Reo scans every account in the segment that you have selected and surfaces the ones that match.

If you have a target account list, start by uploading it on Reo.Dev. Here’s a complete guide on how to upload a list on Reo.

Then follow the exact same steps described above - just select the list you uploaded from the segment dropdown in step 3.

Step 2: Deploy your agent and enrich

Once your agent returns results, you'll see an option to Enrich Now. Click it.

Reo will pre-fill the agent name and tag. Edit both now if you want something more recognizable - you'll be using this tag in the next step to build a segment, so a clear, consistent naming convention helps.

Turn on auto-run weekly. This is the step that actually makes the agent useful long-term. Without it, you've just run a one-time search. With it, any new account that starts matching your signal gets auto-tagged automatically and also refreshes the existing accounts - your segment stays updated.

Once you’ve set this up, click on Enrich Now.

💡 Note: This consumes credits. 1 credit for every account matching the signal criteria is charged.

Step 3: Build a segment to track these accounts

Once you’ve set up an agent, the next step is to create a segment so you can monitor these accounts easily and any new accounts identified by the agent will get auto-added to this segment. To create a segment:

Go to Segments → click on Create New

  • Segment: Basic

  • Segment Type: Account

  • Segment Filters: Intel → Account Agent Tags → Chat Agents (choose the tag you created in Step 2)

Reo will automatically surface every account with the agent tag - and as the agent keeps running weekly, newly matched accounts flow straight into this segment without you lifting a finger.

Next Steps

Once your segment is live, there are a few ways you can action on it:

  • Export it. Download a CSV and push it into your LinkedIn automation or any outreach tools

  • Sync to CRM. Send this segment to your CRM to power outbound workflows

  • Find Buyers. Use this segment to find buyers directly - here's the full playbook on building a buyer audience.

  • Leverage Copilot to do your account research and identify champions and buyers to prospect.
