# Step 7: ICP & Preferred Technologies In this article, you'll learn how to add ICP and tech-stack criteria to identify the accounts that match your ICP automatically. **Step 1:** Click on **'Configurations'** under settings in the left navigation panel. Next, click on **configure** under the **'Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)'** card.
**Configure ICP fit score** Configuring your ICP fit score by specifying the following Firmographics attributes: * Location (Region/Country of the organisation) * Employees (Employee range) Each attribute has two preferences. Preference one represents the stronger criteria, closely aligned with the ideal profile, while Preference two serves as a secondary level, offering more flexibility in account matching. **Step 1:** Choose the desired location preferences from the drop-down menu

**Configure Technographics** 1. **Set up your Preferred Technologies** Choose specific technologies that best define your ICP. You can select tech categories from the drop-down or even search for specific technologies.
2. **Set up Preferred Technology Functions** 1. Click on 'Add More'
b. Add the technology functions and engineering team size that best define your ICP accounts. You can select upto 4 tech functions.
Once you’ve set this up, click on save.
**Note:** a. On the accounts dashboard page, you get a breakdown of the engineering team composition across the preferred tech functions you've set up in the previous steps.
b. In the **Technology Stack** section of the **Accounts Overview** page, Reo displays the preferred technologies identified for the account, along with the most recent job postings for those technologies. This information is pulled based on the Preferred Technologies configured in the previous step.
c. Furthermore, under the technographics tab in the account section you can * View hiring trends across your preferred technologies
* Filter jobs based on your Preferred Technologies
#### **Create a Segment based on technographics and job postings** **Build highly targeted account/developer/buyer segments based on:** **a. Job postings -** Use the **Tech Job Postings** filter to find accounts that are actively hiring for your preferred technologies: * Job Matching Tech - Find job postings for your preferred technologies or any other tech category * Job Title - Search for specific job titles * Job Posting Date - Filter based on job posting date * Job Seniority - Filter based on seniorty level - (Founder, CXO, Head etc) * Job Country - Filter based on country * Job State - Filter based on location
c. Tech Functions Use the technology function filter to find accounts based on tech functions that best define your ICP accounts.
